With fast changing technology and staff shortages, training is more important than ever. C-CAR points provide an ideal way of measuring commitment to training. We also give credit to apprentices employed, I-CAR NZ Bronze ProLevel 1, Silver ProLevel 2 and Platinum ProLevel 3 recognitions and geographical challenges. Points are divided by staff employed to give a score per employee.
